It’s a worker placement game that is unusual in not allowing more than two players, but is equally unusual in the number of options you have and factors to consider. ebbes means “something” in the dialect of the Palatinate area of Germany. Asking to play ebbes there might not immediately make someone get up and get this card game, because you might be asking to play something, with no indication what exactly. Fortunately, that is not a problem anywhere else in the world, as far as I’m aware, and you can enjoy the game without suffering from linguistic confusion first.
