  • Asara

Asara, the city of spires. The Caliph has called 4 famous architects to give the city more spires, higher spires, more colourful spires. In only four years, we are to fill the city with soaring towers, but funds and workers are limited.

  • The Agents

When a big secret agency shuts down, many shady people suddenly find themselves unemployed. The Agency was the biggest secret agency there was, and dealing with their leftover agents to make a profit is your job in The Agents.

  • Odyssey -Wrath of Poseidon

Nothing is easy when the gods are against you. Especially not getting home across the sea when the god in question is Poseidon. And even less when Poseidon is a friend from whom you just stole the last piece of pizza. That’s the setup of Odyssey – Wrath of Poseidon: up four players are Greek navigators on their way home, one player is Poseidon who feels slighted by the Greek’s victory at Troy. Together, they play an asymmetric deduction game.

  • Prêt-à-Porter

The world of fashion is not a usual setting for boardgames, but Prêt-à-Porter nails it on the first try. It was nominated for Polish Game of the Year this year, and this year the whole world can enjoy the English edition.

  • The Great Zimbabwe

It’s not easy becoming king. Especially not when all the craftsmen work for other tribes, without them your monuments don’t grow and even your gods make it harder for you to win. You’ll have to do a lot of thinking to rule over The Great Zimbabwe.

  • Russian Railroads

Russian Railroads is a European optimization game, subtype worker placement. Every game, you try to do better than the one before, optimize your strategy and score a bit higher. But it’s not a typical game of the genre. Where you often have a lack of options in other such games, only one or two routes to victory which you try to use as well as you can, Russian Railroads gives you many different, viable ways to score. Its many moving parts create a fascinating whole that will let you find new ways to a higher score for a long time.

  • Höyük

The human race has never been peaceful, competition is written into our genes. Even back in the stone age, when we just started abandoning easily movable tents for more permanent dwellings, there was competition for having the biggest house, highest up the hill. That’s what is happening in Höyük, neolithic clans competing for the finest mansions.

  • Valley of the Kings

Death is when your life really starts. That, at least, was the belief of the ancient Egyptians, and they prepared for the afterlife by taking everything with them, plus the kitchen sink. If you thought the way your mother packed for a three week vacation was over the top, then you haven’t seen an Egyptian burial chamber. In Valley of the Kings, your goal is to stuff your tomb with more things than the other players, meaning that you’ll be richer than they are in the afterlife. And that’s all that counts, isn’t it?
