  • Pandemic

Once again, the world is in dire need of saving. But this time it is not dragons, space aliens or even the other players around the table that it needs saving from. It’s diseases – plural.

  • Kilt Castle

From haggis to caber toss, Scotland is full of traditions that seem odd to an outsider. But the oddest tradition has recently been discovered by Günter Burkhardt: when the Scots build a castle for their clan, it’s not a collaborative effort like you would expect. Every builder wants floors in his or her own color to top of all the tower. The resulting castle is neither very hospitable to live in nor does it have great defensive value, but it is a home for your clan, and someone made a lot of money building it.

  • Kanagawa

In Kanagawa, all players are disciples of Master Painter Hokusai, trying to learn in his studio of art how to produce visual effects on canvas, capturing the mood of the different seasons as well as specific objects like trees, buildings, characters and animals. And while his wisdom is available to everyone, not every disciple can take away the same learning from the Master.

  • Sea of Clouds

The right combination of two familiar game mechanics can create something new and fun. Sea of Clouds combines a drafting game with a press-your-luck mechanic. If you enjoy only one of those, then this game is definitely worth your time because it combines the best parts of them. And it does that while letting you loot the skies as a flying pirate, if you needed any more convincing.

  • 7 Wonders: Babel

7 Wonders is still one of the most popular games out there. Simple rules, quick to play even with 7 players, different every time you play. It’s no wonder the expansions keep coming. They might not necessarily improve the game, just because it’s very good already, but they add enough to keep 7 Wonders interesting even after many, many games played. Babel is the latest expansion, and the one that changes the game the most yet.

  • La Isla

A mysterious island has recently been discovered in the middle of the ocean. In its own way, it’s a very wealthy island. Not with oil, or gold. The island is home to five species of animal that were thought extinct. And as you set foot on La Isla, your goal is to capture some of them.

  • Keyflower

In 1620, a ship full of brave meeples set sail to cross the ocean and build a new life in the new world. These meeples who crossed the ocean on the Keyflower built a number of settlements competing for everything, including the buildings their settlements may have. In their first year, these meeples created their new lives.

  • Small World Underground

“The world is getting smaller” is a quote that gets thrown around a lot these days. The people saying it must have missed the implications of being in a really small world. As in: a really Small World. It’s not a very peaceful place. And even escaping underground for lack of space, does not bring you peace, because Small World Underground is just as ruthless as the original.
